Terms of Service

Cessions is in private preview. Access is by invitation and is governed by the pilot terms agreed with each participating organization; those pilot terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum, control in the event of a conflict with this page.

Cessions generates AI-assisted, source-cited, review-ready drafts for professional human review. It does not provide final policies, final treaties, binding contracts, legal advice, or final underwriting decisions. Outputs must be reviewed and approved by qualified professionals before any reliance or use.

• Use the platform only for your organization's legitimate insurance/reinsurance work, and only with data you are authorized to process.
• Do not attempt to access another organization's data, probe or circumvent access controls, or disrupt the service.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for actions taken under your account.

If you connect a Google Drive or Microsoft 365 source, you authorize Cessions to read documents from it on your behalf using read-only provider access, further restricted to the specific sources you approve; you can disconnect or revoke that authorization at any time. If you send a document for signature, you authorize processing through the configured e-signature provider. See the Privacy Policy for details.

The private-preview service is provided on an "as available" basis and may change. To the extent permitted by law and except as expressly stated in a signed pilot agreement, the service is provided without warranties, and Cessions is not liable for decisions made in reliance on unreviewed outputs. Complete Terms of Service are being finalized with counsel ahead of general availability and will be published here.
