A real clause reference attached to a wrong characterization is more dangerous than no citation at all. Every Cessions finding is checked against its cited span for scope and polarity before you see it — flagged findings are shown as flagged, not hidden.

A war exclusion in the base wording and a cyber carve-back in Endorsement No. 4 are one net position. Cessions retrieves and cites both spans together.
Review is the workflow
